This really can help support you and get you back on the right track. Within the 60 minute session I will guide you through a stunning meditation, opening up your chakras one by one, using crystals, Tibetan bowls and other ancient healing instruments.
I will work with each chakra releasing and restoring each energy point. I will then use gentle hands on healing with angelic reiki and we finish with an angelic reading. These sessions have proven to help support people who are struggling emotionally and also physically.
