Mindfulness helps children to understand their emotions and feelings. It develops the whole brain and can reduce the risk of any mental health issues occurring. It can reduce them from developing anxiety and depression.
By incorporating mindfulness into a child’s life it helps them to focus on the positives, developing a strong sense of appreciation, gratitude and contentment.

Being a teenager can very stressful, even more so with the pressures of social media. 
Teenagers can find it hard to handle stress and express their emotions. By teaching mindfulness techniques this is a powerful way to help them manage their thoughts and feelings, expressing themselves in a more positive way. We explore living in the present moment, without judgement and with an attitude of kindness and compassion.
We teach them how to be mindful anytime, anywhere no matter what is going on in their outer experiences.  We give them the tools they need to be more aware, breathing and letting things go without judgement. This sounds simple but it’s not always easy to do when your stressed.
